1. The 2nd level customer support (Virtualized environment)- Take care of the troubles that first level support members couldn't solve- Contact to vendor (Maker) support, and get the instruction from vendor, then conduct the instruction- Contact to 3rd level support, sometimes directly contact to customers- Analyze the data and making documentations- Train the 1st level support about new procedures or the solution of unknown problems. 2. Technical support as IT help desk for local customers- Support by remote via Teamviewer software or telephone- Join deploying Network projects with other system engineers
